The Citrus Collective wasn’t something I set out to create. It grew from Sierra Squeeze, our fresh-squeezed lemonade business, and from discovering how much I loved being part of people’s celebrations.

As Sierra Squeeze grew and we started serving more private events, I found myself paying attention to everything beyond the drinks—the setup, the little details, the way a space felt, and the things that made people stop and say, “I love that.”

That curiosity led to mocktails. Then backdrops. Then styling and finding pieces I loved. And somewhere along the way, I realized the drink was only one part of what I enjoyed creating.

I loved the whole experience.

Today, The Citrus Collective gives me a place to bring all of those ideas together—mocktails, styling, backdrops, gathering spaces, and whatever we dream up next.

And we’re still growing. I don’t know exactly what this collection will look like years from now, and I actually love that. There will always be another idea to try, another piece to find, and another celebration that inspires something new.
